C&S Consulting is a management consulting company based in Rome, Italy. Alessandro Costa who is also the President
of Studio Costa Consulting leads the operations of C&S consulting. C&S was founded in 2000 by the partners and
associates of Studio Costa Consulting (SCC) to establish a new consulting company specialised in the areas of
training and technical assistance.
The primary activities of C&S consulting are in the areas of competitiveness,
export development, small and medium enterprise development, corporate governance, enabling environment legal
and regulatory reform to promote private sector development, and support for joint ventures and foreign direct
investment. Clients are commercial companies, Chambers of Commerce, government agencies and bi-lateral and
multilateral development organizations.
